Yes, we are equipped to handle outdoor events and can adapt our setups to suit different environments.
Yes. We're based in Toronto and regularly produce events across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, and Richmond Hill. Travel outside the immediate GTA is possible on request. Flag the venue in your brief.
Booking & pricing
Lead times, minimum spend, how to reach us.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and menu. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Our minimum spend is $1,500, which covers setup, staffing, service, and customization to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. This helps us account for preparation, travel, and event execution.

Most events book four to eight weeks ahead, enough time to finalize the menu, design branding, and coordinate logistics. We can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability, so reach out even for last-minute requests.
Yes. We're fully insured and can provide a COI on request, useful for venue compliance, tenant-day bookings, and corporate office activations. Let us know who to name as additional insured and we'll send it over.
