How many guests can you serve?
Our high-volume service stations are engineered for 500+ guests without a queue bottleneck, and we deliver the same quality and throughput for 200 guests or 2,000. For Fidelity Investments, we served 1,000 employees in a single-day program in their downtown Toronto office lobby.
How much does corporate event catering cost?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, which covers setup, staffing, service, and customization. Send a brief with your date, venue, and approximate guest count and we reply the same business day with concept options, pricing, and 2–3 station recommendations.
Can you work inside office buildings with strict rules?
Yes — our footprints are compact and venue-friendly, designed for lobbies, ballrooms, and office buildings with strict load-in rules. Pre-built, pre-wrapped units roll in through service corridors on a hard call time, and we're fully insured with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs — just inform us in advance and we'll build the menu around your team.
Where do you serve?
We're based in Toronto and regularly produce corporate events across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, and Richmond Hill. Travel outside the immediate GTA is possible on request.
