How many tenants can you serve in a day?
Hundreds to thousands in a single shift — our crews are trained to serve hundreds of tenants per hour without the line becoming the problem. We've hosted 3,000 tenants at a single Brookfield Properties appreciation day and served 1,600+ Fidelity Canada employees at a Toronto office activation.
How much coordination is required from our building team?
Almost none — that's the operating model. Point of contact, COI on file, and a loading-bay plan are all handled in one email, and our stations arrive pre-built and self-contained. The only thing your team has to do is hold the elevator.
Will the setup work within our building's rules?
Yes. Every cart is designed for lobby footprints — no grease, no smoke, no cleanup required — and flexes around elevator traffic, security rules, and tenant schedules. We're food-safe certified and fully insured, with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) provided for your property file.
How much does a tenant event cost?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, covering setup, staffing, service, and customization. Send a brief with your building address, tenant headcount, date window, and any seasonal theme, and we reply the same business day with a production plan, COI, and a photo-loaded proposal.
Where do you serve, and can you handle dietary needs?
We're based in Toronto and produce tenant activations across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, and Richmond Hill, with travel beyond on request. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice.
