Festival catering, engineered for the crowd.
Music, street, food, and carnival festivals: immersive food & drink booths, branded carts, and crews built to keep lines moving and attendees fed from gate to encore.
At Lalu Fun Foods, we thrive on infusing festivals with excitement, flavor, and an unforgettable atmosphere across every genre: music, street, food, and carnivals. For music festivals, we curate immersive culinary experiences that resonate with the rhythm and vibe of the event, from gourmet food trucks to themed bars that keep attendees fueled and engaged.
From street festivals to food extravaganzas, our creative activations and themed dining areas transform every festival into a memorable adventure filled with flavor, fun, and excitement. Whether it's a carnival with whimsical food stalls or a street festival alive with interactive experiences, we handle concept, fabrication, logistics, staffing, and service, one vendor, gate to teardown.

Festivals,
answered.
The questions festival organizers ask most before booking. Anything else, send a brief — we reply the same business day.
What can you bring to a festival?
Fully branded food and drink booths with queue-optimized service flow, rolling branded carts and mobile bars, themed dining activations, high-volume service crews, and custom fabrication — signage, props, and packaging produced in-house for your festival's identity.
Can you handle multi-day festivals and residencies?
Yes — we delivered an 18-day on-site residency at the CNE, one of North America's largest annual fairs, and hold multi-year residencies with flagship GTA festivals. Larger custom builds and multi-day festival residencies are best booked six to eight weeks ahead.
Who handles permits, power, and site logistics?
We do. Our turnkey logistics cover permits, power, water, waste, setup, and teardown — one vendor, one point of contact, zero gaps. We're also fully insured and food-safety certified, with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request.
Are your setups built for outdoor, multi-day conditions?
Yes. Our booths and carts are custom-built and weather-ready, engineered for rain, heat, wind, and multi-day outdoor runs. Crews are uniformed, trained festival staff — not temp labor — built for major-fair volume.
How much does festival catering cost?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, which covers setup, staffing, service, and customization. Send a brief with festival dates, location, expected daily attendance, and branding direction, and we reply the same business day with concept direction, pricing, and 3–4 booth or cart recommendations.
Where do you serve, and can you handle dietary needs?
We're based in Toronto and serve festivals across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, and Richmond Hill, with travel beyond on request. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice.
