How quickly can you serve a busy show floor?
Our menus are throughput-engineered to serve hundreds of attendees per hour without bottlenecks at your booth. Queue-friendly formats like mini pancakes, ice cream, and twisty potatoes keep the line moving while staff engage buyers and capture leads.
Can you handle convention-centre logistics and venue rules?
Yes — we've navigated load-in windows, union halls, and show-floor rules across Toronto's biggest trade floors for 12+ years. We're fully insured and food-safety certified, with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request.
How much does conference or trade show catering cost?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, which covers setup, staffing, service, and customization. Send a brief with the show name, venue, booth size, program dates, and approximate daily traffic, and we reply the same business day with concept direction, pricing, and 3–4 booth recommendations.
Can you support multi-day conferences and expos?
Yes. We regularly serve multi-day conferences, summits, and industry expos, plus evening exhibit-floor programming like awards ceremonies and galas. For Brookfield Properties, we delivered a turnkey activation hosting roughly 3,000 guests in a single afternoon.
Where do you serve, and can you handle dietary needs?
We're based in Toronto and serve the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, and Richmond Hill, with travel beyond on request. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice.
