LALU means love.

Lalu is a brand experience company offering exclusive marketing solutions for brands that want to engage consumers in Oakville through customized food and beverage pop-ups. We design and deliver immersive culinary experiences tailored to corporate gatherings, festivals, music concerts, private parties, and luxury weddings.

Oakville is part of our west-GTA service area, from downtown Oakville and the Lakeshore to Bronte Harbour and the corporate offices along the QEW corridor. We ship branded setups out to Oakville events regularly.

Oakville skews to upscale weddings and private celebrations along the lakeshore, plus corporate appreciation events and product moments in the QEW-corridor office parks. We produce wedding dessert stations, brand activations, tenant and corporate events, and festival food programs across the town.

Our services include branded food and drink items, rental props, custom styling, and brand assets: ice cream served in fruit shells, branded coconuts, mini Dutch pancakes, mocktails, on-site canning, and dozens more. We also build and operate custom trikes, Airstreams, and mobile carts that extend the theme of your Oakville activation.

Yes: Oakville is a core service area. Our team operates out of Toronto and covers the entire GTA. We serve downtown Oakville, Bronte, Kerr Village, Glen Abbey, Joshua Creek, and the Winston Park corporate district.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideal lead time is 3-4 weeks for turnkey activations. Larger custom builds and multi-day festival residencies should be booked 6-8 weeks out. Rush timelines are handled case-by-case: reach out and we'll tell you honestly if we can make the date.

What's the minimum event size?

Our standard minimum spend is around $1,500, which typically covers a compact branded station for 100-200 guests. Larger events scale from there, corporate, festival, and private event pricing is built per brief.

Do you handle permits and insurance?

Food-safety certified and fully insured for public, private, and venue-owned spaces across Oakville and the GTA. We carry commercial general liability coverage and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to any venue or property manager on request.
