Brookfield Properties wanted to host a large-scale tenant appreciation event to celebrate the end of summer for approximately 3,000 tenants, a single afternoon that would feel generous, on-brand, and genuinely fun rather than functional.
The brief called for a complete turnkey experience: one partner to handle décor, immersive elements, staffing, setup, teardown, rental assets, and on-site execution, so the property team could focus on guests instead of logistics.
As one of North America's largest commercial real estate and property management companies, Brookfield needed a partner experienced in high-volume tenant engagement and corporate event activations across Toronto and the GTA, turnkey, food-safety certified, fully insured, and camera-ready for internal communications.

Lalu delivered the event end to end, décor, immersive elements, staffing, setup, teardown, rental assets, and on-site execution, so the Brookfield team could stay with their guests. To elevate the atmosphere, we installed a custom swing feature that became a standout interactive moment on the floor.
For the food experience, we featured our signature pineapple served in a fresh fruit shell alongside custom-branded popcorn bags. Both items were a major hit and helped create a memorable, high-energy summer send-off for the tenants.
