What do you provide for weddings and private celebrations?
Custom menus with curated presentation, styled mobile bars and service carts, live dessert and beverage stations, late-night dessert bars, and personalized signage with full venue integration. Every element is custom-built, stylist-finished, and delivered by our own uniformed team, setup to teardown.
Do you work alongside wedding planners and large guest counts?
Yes — we handle every detail from initial concept and fabrication to final execution, so planners and hosts stay present with their guests. Our service is built for smooth flow at large guest counts, with compact setups suited to premium venues and staff trained to move discreetly through the room.
Can you set up at outdoor venues?
Yes. Our footprints are engineered for indoor ballrooms and outdoor estates alike — garden weddings and outdoor receptions are a regular part of our work. We're fully insured and food-safety certified, with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) available for your venue on request.
How much does a luxury event cost?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, which covers setup, staffing, service, and customization — equipment, supplies, setup, and teardown included. Send a brief with your date, venue, and guest count, and we reply the same business day with concept direction, pricing, and 3–4 styled setups.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice — every menu is bespoke from brief, so we build around your guest list from the start.
Where do you serve, and how far ahead should we book?
We're based in Toronto and serve the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, and Richmond Hill, with travel beyond on request. Most events book four to eight weeks ahead; shorter timelines are often possible depending on availability.
