QuadReal Property Group wanted to thank tenants across their downtown Toronto portfolio with something bigger than a holiday card, a whimsical seasonal moment that turned everyday lobbies into a world worth walking into.
The brief was to build an enchanting winter escape, Into the Evergreen, filled with holiday magic and wonder, with food, drink, rentals, and styling that felt like stepping into a snow globe on the way to the elevator.
As a global property management and real estate company with a deep downtown Toronto commercial portfolio, QuadReal needed a tenant activation partner able to roll the same holiday concept across multiple properties, fully turnkey, venue-friendly, and camera-ready for property and tenant communications.

The Lalu team curated a selection of delightful offerings including galaxy cotton candy, fluffy mini pancakes, and merry mocktails, each served with festive plating that matched the Evergreen world.
The set dressed itself with our signature rentals: the Lalu Trike, the Lalu Bike, the Lalu Swing, and an elegant Curved Arch. Custom décor, vibrant design, and festive culinary creations pulled the whole thing together into an unforgettable holiday wonderland that truly embodied the spirit of the season.
