A gelato cart rental from Lalu is a turnkey dessert station built around our Amore Gelato: we bring the cart, the Italian gelato, and a uniformed team that scoops and serves for the length of your event. You pick the flavours, we handle setup, service, and teardown.

Every cart is branded to your event or campaign: wrap the cart, print your logo on the cups, and style the menu board. We have run branded gelato carts for Sephora and RBC activations across Toronto and the GTA.

How much does a gelato cart rental cost in Toronto?

Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, which covers the cart, the gelato, uniformed staff, setup, and teardown for a compact branded station. Most single-cart bookings land between $1,500 and $3,000. Larger multi-activation programs scale from there based on guest count, hours of service, and how many carts you need.

What is included in a gelato cart rental?

Everything to run the station: the branded cart, the Italian gelato, two to three uniformed Lalu staff, and full setup and teardown. There are no per-hour add-ons. Branding the cart and cups is included as part of the package, the same setup we ran for Sephora.

Do you provide staff to serve the gelato?

Yes. Every rental comes with our own uniformed team, usually two to three staff per event depending on guest count. They handle scooping, serving, and running the line, so your team never has to step behind the cart. For a busy activation in North York we will staff three.

Can the gelato cart be branded with our logo?

Yes. We wrap the cart, print your logo on the cups, and style the menu board to match your event or campaign. Custom branding is one of the main reasons brands like Sephora and RBC book the gelato cart for activations across the GTA.

What gelato flavours can the cart serve?

The cart serves our Amore Gelato, authentic Italian gelato scooped to order. You pick the flavours from our range ahead of the event, then we set the menu board to match. Pick one hero flavour or offer a small selection across the cart, whichever suits your crowd and your branding.

What areas do you serve?

Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Brampton, Richmond Hill, and Oakville. Delivery and setup are handled by our team, with a $1,500 minimum spend per event.
