We bring the cart, the product, and a uniformed team that serves, engages, and moves through your event space with energy. Bike carts are made for outdoor activations, retail pop-ups, lobby moments, and street-level brand encounters.
Choose from the Lalu Bike (single-rider cargo trike) or the Lalu Trike (larger cargo format), both fully wrappable in your brand colours, logo, and messaging. We have rolled custom-branded bikes for Maje, General Magic, NYX Cosmetics, and retail openings across Toronto and the GTA.

How much does a bike cart rental cost in Toronto?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, which covers the bike cart, the product, uniformed staff, setup, and teardown. Most single-cart bookings land between $1,500 and $2,500 depending on guest count and duration.
What is included in a bike cart rental?
Everything to run the station: the custom-branded bike cart, your chosen product (smoothies, gelato, mocktails, and more), two uniformed Lalu staff, and full setup and teardown. No per-hour add-ons.
Can the bike cart be branded with our logo?
Yes. We wrap the cart in your brand colours and logo, print your branding on cups and packaging, and style the menu board to match your event aesthetic. We have done this for Maje, General Magic, and NYX Cosmetics activations across Toronto.
What is the difference between the Lalu Bike and the Lalu Trike?
The Lalu Bike is a compact, nimble single-rider cargo trike, ideal for tight indoor spaces and street-level activations. The Lalu Trike is a larger cargo format with more serving surface, better suited for outdoor events and higher-volume service.
Can the bike cart move around during the event?
Yes. That is one of its strengths. Unlike a fixed bar or booth, the bike cart can roll through your event space, creating spontaneous brand moments and reaching guests wherever they are. We ran this format for General Magic during Toronto Tech Week.
What areas do you serve?
Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Brampton, Richmond Hill, and Oakville. Delivery and setup are handled by our own team.
