The Lalu Light-Up Bar is a fully illuminated beverage station that transforms any event space into a branded, photo-ready moment. LED-backlit panels glow in your brand colours, creating a centrepiece that draws guests in and anchors your activation from the moment the lights go down.
We bring the bar, the beverages, and a uniformed team that pours and runs the station for the length of your event. The light-up bar is made for galas, after-dark brand activations, corporate parties, and any event where ambience matters as much as the drink in hand. We have run illuminated bar setups for RBC iShares, QuadReal, and luxury private events across Toronto.

How much does a light-up bar rental cost in Toronto?
Our minimum spend is $1,500 per event, covering the illuminated bar, beverages, uniformed staff, setup, and teardown. Most single-bar bookings land between $1,500 and $3,000 depending on guest count and duration.
What is included in a light-up bar rental?
Everything to run the station: the LED-illuminated bar, your chosen beverages (mocktails, lattes, slushies, or smoothies), two to three uniformed Lalu staff, and full setup and teardown. No per-hour add-ons.
Can the bar be wrapped in our brand colours?
Yes. The LED panels can be set to your brand colours, and we wrap the bar frame and styling in your logo and visual identity. We ran this setup for RBC iShares using their full brand palette.
Does the light-up bar work for outdoor events?
The light-up bar is at its best in controlled indoor or covered outdoor environments where the LED glow has full effect. For fully open-air daytime events, we may recommend a different bar format. We will advise based on your venue.
Do you serve alcohol from the light-up bar?
No. Lalu bars pour beverages, not alcohol: craft mocktails, lattes, slushies, and fresh-fruit smoothies. The serve is zero-proof by default, so the bar fits any audience without a liquor permit.
What areas do you serve?
Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Brampton, Richmond Hill, and Oakville. Delivery and setup are handled by our own team.
