The brief called for something more than a standard concession, a branded, high-energy touchpoint that felt part of the show, not a side line, and that could handle the throughput of a stadium-scale concert crowd.
As the world's leading concert promoter and venue operator, Live Nation needed a partner with the festival-scale service capacity, health-and-safety certifications, and turnkey build process to plug into a Toronto amphitheatre crowd without adding coordination load to the venue team.

Lalu Fun Foods delivered a fully curated dessert experience featuring two mobile activations, a Mini Donut Cart and an elevated Dessert Truck, designed to flow through the venue and create moments guests could build their night around.
The Dessert Truck showcased sealed-on-site elevated slushies, chocolate-covered strawberries, and custom sundaes, a fresh, interactive, and diverse selection of fun desserts served throughout the event. The thoughtful combination created a dynamic, premium dessert experience that aligned seamlessly with Live Nation's vision for Budweiser Stage.
