QuadReal was planning a vibrant cabana-themed summer event in their courtyards, a tropical escape for their tenants, with palm trees, exotic florals, and colorful decoration.
The brief was to provide a diverse range of food and beverage options that aligned with the tropical theme, and keep over 3,000 guests served comfortably across a three-day run.
As a global property management and real estate partner, QuadReal needed a partner comfortable scaling tenant engagement across a multi-property, multi-day footprint in Toronto, turnkey, food-safety certified, fully insured, and visually on-brand for the summer.

Lalu curated a fully customizable food and beverage experience, fresh smoothies, custom coconuts, ice cream served in fruit, and fresh chocolate-covered strawberries: showcased inside fully branded, custom-wrapped booths that matched the event's tropical direction.
To elevate the visual, we designed and fabricated a standout arch display as the anchor moment of the courtyards. Throughout the three days, guests were served promptly and efficiently so the cabana theme stayed immersive from first pour to last.
